At our clinic, we prioritise providing a high-quality experience for all our clients. To ensure a smooth and efficient operation, we have a few key policies in place:

Removal of Work Applied Elsewhere

We understand the importance of maintaining your desired look. However, for quality and safety reasons, we cannot remove gels, acrylic nails or lashes applied at other salons or clinics.

Here's why:

  • Different salons may use varying products, and we might not have the appropriate removal solutions for an unfamiliar brand.
  • Each nail technician has their own application technique. Removing nails applied by someone else could be more difficult or time-consuming, potentially damaging your natural nails.
  • We want to provide the best possible experience and outcome for your new nails. Starting with a clean slate ensures we can apply our products flawlessly and guarantee their adhesion.

Limitations on Hair Removal Services for Men

Our clinic offers a variety of hair removal services. These services are available for all genders on various body areas. But, due to safety concerns and lack of specialised training for technicians, we are unable to offer intimate hair removal services for male clients.

24-Hour Deposit Non-Refundable

To ensure fairness and respect for our staff's time, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your final service fee.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client. Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within the 24-hour window.

Cancellation Policy - Provide Ample Notice

We appreciate your understanding that last-minute cancellations can cause significant disruption to our schedule. To ensure efficient service for all clients, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your appointment. By giving us ample notice, we can offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our cancellation policy.

Clinic Payments: Secure Processing with Phorest

We utilise Phorest, a secure online platform, for scheduling appointments and managing client payments. Phorest integrates with a PCI-compliant payment gateway, ensuring all transactions adhere to the highest security standards.

Gift Vouchers’ Validity and Redemption

All gift vouchers issued by Anita’s Health and Beauty Skin Clinic are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. Vouchers become expired and unusable after this timeframe.
